Quick answers
Prices are not showing
Prices are part of Pro and come from your chosen store. Check Settings > Your Store, and that your subscription is active. When a store or our price service is busy, the list still works - prices return when it does.
My grocery list is missing
The list lives in Apple's Reminders. Check that Reminders access is on in Settings, and that your chosen list still exists.
Sync is not working
The shelf syncs through your own iCloud. Check that you are signed into the same Apple Account on both devices and iCloud Drive is on.
